New features for multi-tenant management

What’s new?

Having multiple tenants is quite common for numerous organizations. To cater to this, we now offer a “partner login” to streamline tenant management : transversial teams can now easily manage crucial operations such as billing, renaming, and managing reserved instances without accessing the technical console/cloud resources.

New features

  • Tenant termination: you can ask your Orange Business contact, on this account, to be able to request the termination of any tenant in your organization. Once your identity and the legitimacy of this request have been verified, you will be able to terminate your organization’s tenants in the same manner as the referring users.
  • Partner logins management: you can ask your Orange Business contact, on this account, to be able to manage the “partner logins” of your organization. After verifying your identity and the legitimacy of this request, you will be able to create, modify or delete the “partner logins” that can manage your organization’s tenants in the Cloud Customer Space.
  • Partner Login menu: additional features have been added on this page to help you manage your tenants: export the list of all users, terminate a tenant, manage the login of partners (“operators”).
