What’s new ?

The Network Attached Storage (NAS) service called Scalable File Service (SFS) is now available in two versions Stardard Enhanced and Performance Enhanced in Paris and Amsterdam.

SFS Turbo Standard Enhanced

What’s it for ?

You can use this feature to deal with massive small files and those requiring high bandwidth, like code storage, file sharing log storage, entreprise office automation (OA) and log storage.

Advantages

  • Low latency, high bandwidth, and tenant exclusive.
  • Maximum bandwidth: 1 GB/s; maximum IOPS (Input: Output Operations Per Second): 15,000.
  • The delay in network communication (Latency):  2 to 5 ms; maximum capacity: 320 TB (X10 compared to the SFS Turbo Standard).

SFS Turbo Performance Enhanced

What’s it for ?

 Workloads dealing with massive small files, and latency-sensitive and bandwidth-demanding workloads, such as image rendering, AI training, and enterprise OA.

Advantages

  • Low latency, high IOPS, high bandwidth, and tenant exclusive.
  • Maximum bandwidth: 2GB/s; maximum IOPS IOPS (Input: Output Operations Per Second): 100,000.
  • The delay in network communication (Latency): 1 to 2 ms; maximum capacity: 320 TB.
